Hi Everyone! October is here and we are soo close to Christmas I can feel it! Today I bring you this adorable Snowman Carols from Heartcraft Paper. When I first saw it I knew I just want to make an interactive card featuring the snowman moving his head while he sings his heart out.
Hi Everyone. I am here today with my 2nd guest post for Heartcraft Paper and when I first laid my eyes on their Bomb Pop digital stamp I just knew I have to use it. Growing up I used to eat bomb pops every summer and just the image of them takes me back to my childhood. What better way to use this image then to create a spinning card that children of all ages can play with. Digital stamps worked beautifully with my card design since I was able to adjust the size of the image to be smaller than the sentiment.
To make this card I first copy the Bomb Pop image onto a Word document 6 time and size them to be slightly larger than 2 inches tall and print them out onto white card stock. I also print out the sentiment at the same time. Color all the images using blue and red copic markers to give them the traditional hue and cut them out. Used a circle die to cut out my spinner circle and used my pencil to draw in 6 sections. For my card base, I cut out my front panel from white cardstock at 6 x 6 inches and draw in a border with a black pen and then use a blue copic marker to scratter dots around the middle of the front panel. Last, create a hole in the middle of my panel for my brad.
Glue down the ends of each Bomb Pop onto my spinner circle and add the brad to connect my spinner to my front panel. I added some powder to the brad so the Bomb Pop will spin smoother. Then I cut out the sentiment using a label die cut.
Adhere my middle strip of cardstock to the middle of my card using double layers of foam tape so it will not lay on top of the spinner and last glue down my sentiment on top of the strip to hid the center of the spinner.
I hope you enjoy this card and I can’t wait to show you my next card for Heartcraft Paper.

Hi Everyone! I am back again with my 2nd and last guest post for Hedgehog Hollow and this time I wanted to make an interactive card. I wanted to make a beach scene and somehow incorporate moving waves and came up with a design that uses a slider tab to move 1 of 2 layers of waves in and out of view.
I also want to thank the Hedgehog Hollow team for giving me this opportunity to work with them this month.
Check out my quick tutorial for this card.
Hi Everyone! I am sooooo excited to be the July guest designer for the Hedgehog Hollow and this months kit features exclusive stamp sets from Sunny Studios. The stamp set in this kit is super adorable and perfect for summer and I was able to stretch out my stamp set and create a boy with it a little bit of masking and selective cutting. I had fun creating this card for Hedgehog Hollow and I hope you enjoy this tutorial.
I hope you enjoy this tutorial!

For this collaboration I used the adorable So Tweet stamp set and the True Multifaceted Heart Die to create a gold themed shaker card. My shaker will be filled with tiny clear gems that will sparkle when the Chibitronics LED stickers lights up behind it.
Hooray! Its my turn on the Chibitronics & CAS-Friday blog hop (which you should arrive from Maureen Merritt blog) and I have created an eastern themed card featuring the floral images from the Mon-Ami stamp sets as lotus flowers that glow. The flowers were just so pretty that I made this into a slider card which allows me to replace the batter. The same slider also activate the lights in the card.
